Biography

Dr. Natalie K. Binder is a research fellow in the Therapeutics Discovery and Vascular Function in Pregnancy Group, within the Department of Obstetrics, Gynaecology & Newborn Health. Her work focuses on the development of small animal models to study major pregnancy complications, including preeclampsia and preterm birth. She plays a leading role in preclinical research aimed at developing new therapeutics for these pregnancy complications, with the goal of advancing these treatments to clinical trials. Dr. Binder is also a dedicated supervisor to research higher degree students, fostering the next generation of scientists.
