Biography
Dr. Kadife is a research fellow at the University of Melbourne, co-directing the scientific research stream of the multidisciplinary Obstetric Diagnostic and Therapeutics (ODT) team, led by A/Prof Fiona Brownfoot. Her work focuses on developing new treatments for placental insufficiency, utilising lab-based and small animal models to advance therapeutic discovery. She has over nine years of experience in therapeutic development and molecular biology, including in cancer research. She is passionate about training and mentoring the next generation of scientist and supervises PhD and honours projects.
