Sanne is an Obstetrician, in the University Medical Center, where she provides general obstetric care, and specialized obstetric care on women with congenital cardiac malformations and cancer. Her special research interests include placenta pathology, fetal growth restriction (FGR), as well as basic/translational research and epidemiology work. Sanne is specifically interested in standardization of research basics by developing (consensus) definitions and rules for minimal reporting sets, core outcome sets and setting priorities for future studies. She is PI of the CEPRA study, a cluster RCT for timing of labour in women perceiving reduced fetal movements, and co -PI of the DRIGITAT study a RCT about timing of labour in women with small fetuses (see www.zorgevaluatienederland.nl).
Wessel is a Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Amsterdam University Medical Center. As a gynecologist, he is an expert in pregnancies with unusual complications and in women with underlying medical conditions. His clinical and research expertise lies particularly in preeclampsia and fetal growth restriction. Wessel also collaborates with the qurAI group as an external principal investigator for the FGR PODS project.
Adrienne is a senior staff specialist Neonatologist in the RPA centre for newborn care and Clinical Professor in the Discipline of Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Neonatology at the University of Sydney. She trained in paediatrics prior to specialising in neonatal/perinatal medicine and is passionate about the public health impact of a healthy start to life and preventing adverse pregnancy outcomes, especially stillbirth.
